Works24’s Approach to AI
Works24 provides digital signage, on-hold messaging, and overhead music to businesses. This page explains how we think about artificial intelligence (AI) in delivering those services.
AI supports our team; it doesn’t replace human judgment on your content. We may use AI tools internally to help draft ideas, speed up production, or assist with research. Any content that reaches your screens, your phone queue, or your business — signage copy, on-hold scripts, or music selections — is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
We don’t clone voices or artists without consent. If a project calls for an AI-generated voice or AI-assisted music, we only use it where we have the rights to do so, and we do not use AI to imitate a specific real person’s voice or a specific artist’s work without their documented permission.
Your data stays yours. We don’t feed your business information, branding or creative content into AI tools without your explicit permission. Once that permission is given, our AI tools only have access to public data: what you communicate on your phone system and in your lobby. Billing and other proprietary information is on separate systems, and is not accessible to AI.
This is an evolving area. AI-related law — covering everything from voice rights to music licensing to copyright — is changing quickly across the U.S. We review our practices regularly and will update this page as needed.
